Spiders are actually pretty docile. They are actually really curious crawlies. They won't hurt you unless you provoke them in some way. Tarantulas are actually known to be one of the most docile spiders, including the biggest of the bunch, and also the biggest in the world, Goliath Bird Eater. It does bite you, but doesn't use it's venom. If you were taking care of one, the spider would find it NOT WORTH IT to use their venom on you.
They are interested in you, but not interested in killing you. They have their own reasons to bite and use their venom on you. But some spiders generally don't like being around us, I.E a Brown Recluse. Which, you already know what the behavior of that fella has.

it looked like it was just warning him, those fangs are big enough, if it had gone full force he would have been bleeding... the blue tarantula- the gooty sapphire.... thats the one you dont want to get bitten by... not fatal, but will make you wish it were, from bite reports- long term severe pain that pain meds may not touch, heart palpatations, racing heart, blood pressure issues, swelling all the way up the limb- and can come back randomly for like a month

I can tell you for sure they don't remove the venom. You can't do that. Large scorpions are generally much less venomous than the small ones, and black widows only bite if you put pressure on them like you're trying to squish them.
I like bugs but I hate the fact scorpions are in the spider family POV:when I see a scorpion(grabs a shotgun and blows a hole in my wooden floor)

So as someone with a black widow myself - theyâre not the most venomous spider. Their bites are usually dry, and rarely result in death or even hospitalization. Theyâre actually very calm and docile spiders. You canât de-venom an arachnid without getting rid of its ability to eat, idk where people got the idea that that was a common practice. But welcome to the world of spiders! Itâs fun stuff

I heard the word "Orb weaver" and instantly had the alcohol induced inclination to tell you about the time I was in Thailand in the jungle hiking on an uninhabited island off of the western coast of Ranong and almost walked into the web of a Giant Northern Golden Orb Weaver spider. I was about 2 feet away when I saw the magnificent yet terrifying creature, comprised of a black and yellow color, literally the size of my hand, chilling in the center of a gigantic web that was basically a wall in front of me. One of the best moments of my life (only because I didnt walk into it.)
Not to mention this was the same day I came face to face with a banded sea krait and almost died (not one of the beat moments of my life.)

I've read alot about arachnids and the most deadly are the Brazilian wandering spider, funnel Web spider and the brown recluse. The scariest would be the huntsman spider.
The "alien thing" is actually a pupa for a Dynastes Hercules or something related! Its a growing and maturing Horned Beetle [Or Hercules Beetle or Rhinoceros Beetle]. They get bigger than that, too. Such beautiful creatures. [Also if you have bug/arachnid questions, you can ask me- im a Bug Nerd]

I actually have a pretty visceral fear of ants mainly because Iâve seen so many in places they shouldnât be in, and Iâll never forget the day millions of fire ants burrowed into my toasted cheez-its box. I was so upset.

I had one in my ear when I was sleeping once. Goes to show how deep I sleep because I'm terrified of bugs usually but I just swiped at it once, fell asleep, woke back up to fully swipe it away and fell back asleep once more. Keep in mind I used to be allergic to them too.

It's funny because cockroaches are actually very clean and often repulsed by being handled by humans and will usually clean themselves after being touched
second this- as a tarantula keeper, i raise roaches instead of crickets for this reason. Crickets stink horribly after a few days, roaches the colony barely ever has a smell, even after months and months

Living in Hawaii cockroaches were a constant. If you opened a bag of chips you had to put them in the fridge to not get an infestation.
The first spider, for those of you that donât know, was a Brown Recluse. They are extremely deadly and their poison eats the skin from the inside out.
I have an infestation of them in my house and Iâll see crickets that theyâll drag into the basement. They are completely hollowed out by the time theyâre done.
I would love to see them talk about various subjects like for example: nikocado avocado, vegan teacher, DR. Phill etc...
