  • Here's how to find the equation of a line tangent to a function. In this video, I'm going to look at the following two examples:
    Find the equation of the line tangent to the curve f(x) = x^2 at the point x =1.
    AND
    Find the equation of the line tangent to the curve f(x) = x^3 -2x^2+3x+4 at x = -1
