- This is definitely a one off experience. Koenig does a fantastic job start to finish with these knives. This one just slipped thru the cracks. I did sharpen it, and it took a terrifying edge, and the heat treat on this 20cv is top notch.

So well heat treated that they weren't even able to sharpen it using their usual process, that says something! (better see the positive side of things🤣)

For arius money i would hope they would come razor sharp
Mine was the same (CF model from knifecenter).
That look of fear about Kara being mad about the dull edge says it all. Blink twice if you need help.
On a side note, my full Arius had one the sharpest factory edges of all my knives.
$650 for a knife that can’t cut paper. That’s bush league.
Same thing happend with a Chris Reeve small sebenza 31 with MagnaCut for me. Tried to sharpen it… steel to soft - sold it.
My mini came from factory with a less than fantastic edge as well, but the strop got it up and running. Not the best for the price by any means, but the knife overall is phenomenal. A truly EDCable Arius having experienced a couple full size. Keep up the content Kole, you're one of a kind!

Stunned and shocked
Just bought an Arius birthdate 10/16/23 last night on Ebay. Got it brandnew for $720 and pretty happy with that price. Can't wait for it to get here. The mini looks cool but I'm not a mini knife guy.
