    It’s got very bad quality pictures u can see it’s pitch red colour

      I believe, in the "repair," you are just telling the program where the dead pixel is. I think that the program just assigns a value equal to the adjacent sensor receptor average to the displays pixel/pixels area being fed by the "dead" receptor "pixel". Array operability on these anticipates a limited number of receptor/thermistor failures and I believe they "surge" check them to try and weed out the weak ones, however, with time and recoil some new ones can pop up. I believe I once read a MFG tolerance was around 0.02% so up to 60 or so pixels on a 640x480 array over time. (307,200 * .0002 if I understand this correctly)
