TDM850 and Super Tenere750 had same famous engine roots from Paris-Dakar racing 5 time was winnner with Petransel!
Best engine in the world superreliable!

Tamaha did competition in Paris Dakar with enduro 4 cylinder 5 valves from Yamaha FZR750 but it was to heavy! And later they car haf this engine and now we have this famous and super reliable tDM850 and super tenere750!!!
I had both in Russia..

Thanks for sharing, the TDM is cool in all of its sizes. The TDM600 is also very cool.

I used to love the Yamaha FZ-R Genesis 400. That bike never made it but boy it was a good looking bike. I'd love to see a video on that, as well as the Harley XLCR. Both bikes just never made it. lol

Yep, it's a fantastic "does it all" motorcycle. I feel the same way about my Versys 650

there are 2 for sale in my area $750 for the 2. one has bad engine with paper works. one has good engine but without paper works. i just dont ha a place to fix them ☹
