- In this video I show you how to tint your eyelashes at home.
⚠️READ THE INFO BELOW⚠️
⚠️IMPORTANT-If you have never used the brand of tint you purchase ALWAYS do a patch test by mixing the product with the developer and applying on the skin. Usually on the neck near the ear. Leave 24 hours before applying to the eye area. The last thing you want is an allergy to the tint or developer whilst on your eyes. They're so delicate!!
Always take precautions and read the instructions.

I purchased the tint and developer from Sallys. It was a plain box and was some time ago so can't remember if it had a brand name on the front but it was the ONLY TINT AVAILABLE - I say this in capitals because last time it caused such a hoohar and I want to say, this is not sponsored and sorry but no I can't remember the name. The tint developer has salon professional system on it so that must be the brand but again it was the ONLY one available in Sally's.
I don't like the kits you buy in the drugstores because they don't get the lashes as dark from what I've tried which is why I like to get the pro stuff from a salon supplies provider.

Great video, as a natural ginger I am lucky my eyelashes are mostly dark and not the super light strawberry blonde most red heads have, however, I think this would give my lashes that little bit extra! Great video. Have naturally blonde lashes & brows & have has them dyed for years, but due to lockdown have to do it myself. May never go back! Have the tint - just need to be brave & do it - you make it look easy 😁

I dye my blonde eyebrows regularly but been to scared to attempt to go around my eye. might actually try this

😂😂😂 they shouldn’t do, the solution isn’t strong enough. Follow the instructions on the products and you’ll be fine, just remember to use a barrier like Vaseline to stop it staining your eyelids
I have a quick question for you whenever I home dye my eyelashes the top comes out good but I can always see some blonde eyelashes underneath why is that? I coat them really well but it always happens?

If you tint your lashes at home, will a lash lift remove the tint?
How long does it last? And will it fade faster if you're swimming in salt water like all day everyday?
your eyelashes go through a cycle of shedding and regrowing, so basically you have all new eyelashes about every 3 weeks, so it couldn't last longer than that.
So scary to watch haha, but you make it look easy!

No it’s shouldn’t do, the solution is mild with it being the eye area x

not if you look after your lashes, it's just colouring the hair

I have naturally really long and thick black eyelashes but make them darker and longer by putting on mascara and sleeping with it. Once I wake up and remove the mascara, my eyelashes are stained:)

Wouldn't it wash off in the shower and then you would go blind? All dye eventually washes out, so that means it would go in your eye!

Well when you wash our regular hair dye, some gets in your eyes and you're fine.

+shanice M What are you talking about? they sell at home kits for the general public everywhere. I am showing a safe and proper way of using these as well as mentioning the precautions in the info box. I am a qualified Beauty Therapist so know how to safely apply tint to lashes and brows. I have said YOU MUST DO A PATCH TEST BEFORE USE. If people want to try it they can. If they weren't meant to they wouldn't be allowed to sell kits in ASDA for goodness sake
+Carly Musleh im not having ago or anything. I am a qualified beautician to. I just thought that you wiped the tint off your eyes and then opened them way to soon. The tint may not complete off and would really sting someone's eyes if not off properly. No hate given
+shanice M your comment suggests you were though, I say specifically in the video to make the consistency a paste, thin watery tint will sting the eye, I also say put small amounts on. Anther thing I do which I see most salons don't do is put a pad on top of the eye and that's so when time is up you can press the two together gently and pull the tint from the lash. I opened my eye because I knew there was hardly anything left on the lash and if you watched the video you'll see that there's hardly any residue to come off. Please don't leave comments saying its a bad video when most companies don't even leave as much info in the boxes they sell. I'm selling nothing just helping people.
shanice M I've been using a home kit for many years I just put it on with a mascara brush if it has ever gone in my eye which is very rare it just stings nothing bad happens.
