DK's style uses up a lot of energy fast, it is meant to end a fight quickly. If this exhibition lasts longer than 3 minutes, at his age, it should wear down his cardio. MMA fighters are used to fighting 15-25 minutes, however Bradley is retired, so he can make some money as the perfect stooge. DK is a very nice guy and, I'd like to train with him, but please stop calling him "The Modern Day, Bruce Lee."

You can't guarantee anything. If he's never fought and won his philosophy has nothing to offer. Sure being relaxed improves strikes... Try that under pressure. He looks like a good athlete but all his videos are fake/tricks on students. - punshing a guy with a helmet - pushing someone standing straight on the chest (I can do with one finger) - punching mits that aren't held properly (any weak punch will do that) - shadow punching... Useless

DK Yoo is good, but as a demonstrator, different aura. Don't forget that MMA is a kind of a grandson of Jeet Kune Do because of the free style and mixed martial techniques.

Not sure that common untrained and without good physical condition people can follow him.You need to prepare first your body mechanics,not just muscle and bones,ligament tissues,areas where bone and muscle are tied together but not used to work like that.I think that bulky people (and thats why he is that thin),cannot follow up,or at least cannot work like that a full session training. Maybe if you get young healthy thin kids and train them,it might actually work.I mean,its more likely people to get self heart,than actually get trained and learn something,anything at all.
