Agree with other comments. The downtown diner looks like it's part of the same chain of diners as the new floor of the bowling alley, so one of them needs to be moved to a different location as they can't really be next to each other.
Not sure why the dark red color scheme wasn't continued up, looks good but I think the pink doesn't give it as much pop as the dark red

Looks great. Think you’ll need to move the other diner set now as it’s kind of redundant having them next door to one another if they are not conjoined.

I reckon the bowling alley should go where he’s planning on putting the hotel - just swap them over. Makes sense to have a bowling alley/arcade near the train station and theme park
The level of outside detail on the walls is brilliant, even down to the aircon on the outside upstairs. Really well designed build !!
Man that second floor really adds so much awesome detail to that set. My only thing is I see the sign wobble a lot in the video. I think if it was mine, I'd lower the height of the sign or move it to the roof with a couple riser pieces. But that's the beauty of Lego, you can do whatever you want.

Nice one adding arcade like good old day s ten pin bolling place s had arcade s 😮yes it mache s lovley. 😊. It mache s so good but guess you changing the inside. With most the modules I got I started adding my own extra tuches to them it add a little oridganaity to the moduler cas every one elce has same..😊 so bye adding extra stuff into the build it make s it even more fun 😊.awesome looking tin pin place it is now with 2 nd floor 😊

I like it. My 1st comment. It looks great, but the diner needs to be moved to another part of town. You could even put it inside the amusement park or at the beach. I also suggest making the old diner a corner piece. The detail of the outdoor stairs and curved wall are lost to the bowling alley blocking it. I'd love to play with Lego for a living. I built my first Lego table city in my Lego room at age 12. Great Build Man!

The only thing I’d change on the second floor is exchanging the pink “D” for a black round bowling ball design. 🎳
Personally i would take the bowling alley sign and attach it to the roof or one of the walls but it still looks great with the 2 floors

I think you should move the Lego modular diner away from the new bowling alley because it doesn’t make sense for two diners to be next to eachother
Love it! The only thing that strikes me as weird is the big 'D' as a sign for the diner... I think it would be better to have for example a knife, fork and plate as a sign if there's no space for the full 'Diner' text.

Nice addition, heading over to Rebrickable to buy the instructions.
I added 10 studs of length to the 1st-floor alleys because they seemed too short to me, and lengthened the walls and roof accordingly. I'll have to do the same with this but that'll be fun. I also (like you said) raised the tan-plate alleys to make functional gutters and added jumpers for pins and minifigs.
All on a MILS plate of course, just like you have done.
I love Brick Artisan's creations! I have a double Cozy House build on my to do list from him and a few more on my wish list. The bowling alley does look great & love that the second floor is an arcade

It looks amazing! I do think you should move the other diner to the other side of the city so then it isn’t diner here and diner here. Also because they look really similar and it could be like a franchise of diners scattered across the city.

i think you should place the downtown diner somewhere else, it doesn't really make sense to have two diners (especially so simular) next to eachtother. that's just my opinion offcourse so you don't have to do it or agree with me but still a great video!
I would swap the bowling alley and the hotel maybe to give the bowling alley some breathing room from the downtown diner.
I think it would be cool to put the new bowling alley close to the 50's Diner. Having the two retro buildings together would be cool.
The Lego pillar in the room has run its course. I think you should turn it into a tree house by putting in small plates and making different builds on them. Would look really cool and add to your city.

I love the second floor, but I think that you should replace the modular diner with a different modular so it doesn’t clash with the bowling alley’s diner too much.

With all the extra dpace you explained in your last video you should add a roller skate building and shaped like the bosling building

that expansion literally had half the pieces of the downtown diner and stole exact designs from the original set but i’m willing to overlook it because it looks really good

You should put a snooker/pool table downstairs instead of the diner as you have a bigger and better dinner upstairs .

I do think it's weird that the two diners are right next to each other and have some of the same design elements.
The second floor of the Bowling Alley does not look like it fits with the theme of the Bowling alley. I really wish the columns would have followed the same colour scheme as the bowling alley.
Just saying while covering the parts you forgot the most important storage of all…… give up? Your coffee cup and coffee!
