- We show all the perks staying at Portofino Bay at Universal Studios Florida. Portofino Bay Hotel is GORGEOUS and by far one of our favorite Universal hotels. We've stayed at all 3 Universal Premiere Hotels now and have really enjoyed them all. Portofino has some great restaurants, a fun pool, Early Park Admission and comes with Express passes.
We checked in early to get our Express Passes for check in and check out day, which are also the room keys. We only stayed one night but hope to return again in the future.
I will share our day at Universal and Islands in the next vlog and stay tuned for our last resort as well as a comparison hotel video!

I wish the water taxi was available at all the hotels lol; just seems like a relaxing way to head to and from the park! I would love to stay at a premiere hotel but when I visit Orlando, I'm usually there for more than 7 nights and that can send the cost of the room beyond my budget 😥. Everything is so beautiful and the pool looks really nice....love that it has a slide!!! I would have a hard time getting my daughter away from it. I may have to try to do a weekend trip!
Yeah, that's why we stayed 1 night. Even with it being $260 a night, it adds up. And peak times I've seen it at $500-900 a night. 😵💫 Honestly, I think Cabana Bay and the other value resorts are great too! And you can pool hop at the premiere resorts or go there to eat 😊

We stayed at Loews Sapphire and we ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ it so much!! But 2024 it’s Portofino vs Loews Pacific. We love Italian food over pad Thai and sushi

I just got the Loews portofinio bay hotel and I was wondering can I check in to get the early admission passes earlier than 8am? Because it says check in at 4pm?
Yes you can. I'd get there around 6am or so and they'll check you in and give you your Express and Early Park pass.
Fun fact: I had been to legoland before and I been through a lot of thing like be vr race and ninjago’s vr room (which I was very nevres To go in there😅) I have a lot of fun there 😊

It's called Trattoria del Porto. I've heard they have a good pasta buffet for dinner too.
