  • ✅ C'mon over to realpars.com where you can learn PLC programming faster and easier than you ever thought possible!
    ==========================
    There is a bottle filling machine that fills the empty bottles on a conveyor belt with liquid from this tank. In this and the next lessons you’re going to learn how this machine works and how to write a professional PLC program that fully controls this machine.
    This filling machine has three operation modes which are off, manual and automatic. These modes are determined by the three position selector switch.
    This series is available within the course 'PLC Programming MADE EASY: Learn How to Program PLCs Step-by-Step (Level 2)':

There are some books out there on industrial automation and control system design but I have not really read any of them so I can not recommend one. sir, can we use photo electric sensor to detect broken bottle,dirty bottle,chipped neck ?
    can we use capacitive sensor to detect torn label,without label,wrong label ?

    • @realpars
      @realpars  Před 5 lety

      For broken or chipped bottle detection, an optical method is most often used. Chips and breaks are reflective and light-scattering, so specialized camera systems are used, but a specialized photo-electric sensor could be configured to work as well, but usually over a narrower area (right at the bottle top). Video is probably the best for label detection as well, especially for determining if the wrong label is applied. This could also be detected with a bar-code reader, if that is a differentiating property of the label. A "no label" condition can be detected with a photoeye, if the bottle is clear or will pass light through it if the label is missing. As a general rule, capacitance or ultrasonic can allow you to determine if something is "present" or "not present", with visual or other technologies required to differentiate abnormalities in the object.

    hi sir, which type of sensor can be used to check whether the bottle is capped or not
    thanks in advance

    • @realpars
      @realpars  Před 5 lety

      A proximity sensor or visual detector can be used. Proximity sensors for this purpose are typically inductive (Hall effect) which detect the metal cap. Visual sensors (cameras) can easily determine the presence of a solid cap versus a clear glass bottle neck or the presence of a cap versus an open bottle.

What is presented in our videos for V14 are also applicable to V13 in almost every reagard. The differences in versions 13 and 14 are mainly in hardware configuration choices.
