Stop putting your youth academy players on the bench, it ruins their potential massively cos they don’t play. Just keep loaning the ones with high potential
In the top division, just felt like I needed the calibre of player for the bench to better the league position which does happen a lot... in future I'll try loan out more!

Class vid man. Top notch content creator. One thing I will say. There are so many players in the youth academy that you could change positions of to increase there rating whilst in the academy. Rather than just leaving them the same and hoping for growth at the end of the season. Love the vids man 👍

You always forget to change positions of the players even if they higher rated if you Sim the game plays the players with that positions
I do change them man... some take a long time to change, and sometimes I alter the position in the team sheet to there favoured position, e.g. Fernandez was always at LW!
