So I learned why Gene's voice has magical powers. He's voiced by Norio Wakamoto. Steve Blum voiced him too in the English version, but that's a bit less magical.

You know what? I say someone should make Let’s Destroy Metal Gear comics for 4, Peace Walker and maybe even V, with Daisy’s blessing or otherwise. It needs to be completed, and if she won’t do it, then i’m sorry, but there is no reason someone else can’t. She doesn’t exactly hold copyright over this.
@@KingOfFrye Hiimdaisy IS the creator I think. The dubbers were this channel, and they opted not to do this when Daisy threw a fit over her series being continued despite her saying she was never doing another one.

Then the Patriots and Paramedic messed with his corpse and he turned into a sort of undead cyborg constantly suffering unsufferable pain.
