8 tons with an alternator and frame, naturaly aspirated diesel of that size may have max 500- 600hp

This engine is NOT 2500 Hp. Not even close. If you could gain 300% more power from 2 turbos everybody would do that. So whoever told you that, is pulling your leg, big time.

Maybe not, but it is 60L of displacement, 3661 cubic inches. If you got 2500 hp, that's a lower power to displacement ratio then a naturally aspirated 90s Honda civic.
