Patty I will always say this you are the eyeshadow queen! You just make it look so easy and always make the most gorgeous lids. Maybe because I have a lot less lid real estate than you do at 61 I can never even come close to re-creating your looks. Bravo!
Patty I recommend using a Copper Peptide serum after you dermaplane . Not only does it soothes your skin but the Copper reduces redness and heals any micro nicks on your skin , has antiseptic properties and offers anti-aging peptide benefits too ❤❤It’s what I use and within a few hours my face is soft and all the nicks /ouchy areas are gone ..
Sorry for jumping in, but I do this too after I shave (I use a normal bic…same result but cheaper!)…the NIOD CAIS or CAIL are absolutely great for this, if a bit spendy!
Lucky you getting the correct shade of foundation with an online order!!! I struggle with getting the correct shade because I have olive undertones, and getting the correct shade is a nightmare! For that reason, I bought shades 2N and 2.5N in the Guerlain foundation - one of them has to be right, right?

YES!!! You said what I think but couldn’t put into words!! When I use all products that work with my skin and blend like a dream, it’s definitely worth the money. We work so hard - it’s Jove to splurge a little on ourselves to look & feel pretty. These last a long time (until the next sale!) and it’s great to feel and look like I know what I’m doing!! Patty, I've been using McGrath's intensifeyes and I still get creasing, a bit of glitter fall out during the day and significant fading of eyeshadow. I was putting it over the foundation I had on my eyes, then tried it over concealer on my eyes, etc. Have you any tips please? I have tried powder of my eye foundation, and not powdering my eye lids. May be it's just me....I'm in my 50's so I don't have taunt eye lids any longer!!

Whenever people complain about the existing shades in the Pat McGrath little Smoke palette, my thought is......I would rather use that tiny little palette than to drag out 6 (or how ever many) Motherships! It was a genius idea....especially since many people now have Motherships that are aging!

The PM bronzer looks stunning on you. It's a stunning bronzer with perfect undertones and a stunning formula. did pick up the PM quint during the sale. I cannot wait to get my hands on that quad. You have such a great eyeshadow collection! Would you consider posting comparison swatches of different palettes on your instagram or on shorts? I’m so curious about that new pat McGrath bronze quad! Especially that beautiful sparkly gold/bronze shimmer!!! I tried to recreate a look I’d get with pats quad. I used the mattes from the 6-pan matte pat palette that came out earlier this year, and then I used some golds from mothership 10, but they didn’t seem right, so then I used the shimmer, Tantric, from the Huda Beauty Naughty Nudes palette. I’d also love to see this quad compared to sigma ambiance palette, and maybe even the gold/bronze from Sigma Cor de Rosa palette. Or the Natasha denona bronze palette! Are any of the shades comparable to Patrick ta? Even the Nars stargaze palette had a gold that could perhaps be similar? Please help! I have plenty, I don’t want to buy more, help me find dupes/close shades!
I just got my 2 new rephyr brushes in based on your recs and I love them! I have a bunch but really wanted one for concealer and 1 for creme bronzers so grabbed the 36 and 31… both perfect! First concealer brush that’s just right. I got the Pat McGrath and it was just not it.

I just did an in store purchase this time and wasn't able to get everything I want lol. I really think I need the freck primer. I have a lot of primers but I don't think any of them are hydrating enough especially now that I'm using tret more frequently and have peeling. I got the new born this way foundation and it clings to my dry skin flakes so I'm not sure if I should return it or wait until my skin is doing better you know.
I’ve never used anything from Guerlin because of the price but the foundation looks lovely on you.

New subscriber here and I love your personality! I have the givenchy powder and love it....only problem is I screwed the lid on a little crooked and now I can't get it off with out breaking the lid. The packaging is not the greatest. So upset since it's so expensive. But it literally screwed in wrong and won't budge. Ugh!

Why is nose contouring a thing? It's rare to see someone with a serious out-of-proportion-to-rest-of-the-face appearance; most people's nose fit their face frame perfectly well and yours does too, Patty.
I mean I know why...we're all trying to look a certain way. But I wish we weren't.
But that brush is fire if super precise contouring is something you enjoy doing. If you look at facial contouring as an art goal, then I get it lol
How do you blend this much concealer into nothing is beyond me! If I use a dot it will look heavy on me and my neighbors
