Love the card & glad you could work out your post office frustration in such a beautiful way!! They should be glad there are so many card makers out there - job security for them, since that’s our only way to send cards!! A lot of times my receipt has a website to take a survey.

I hope you feel better soon, health issues can sure get us down, thats where I thank God I found card making, it sure makes my days better…as far as the post office, I think they are changing a lot of things, not sure why, I still use dimensionals and then I put in big red letters…non-machinable and put a rubber band around the envelope….and we never know what is happening in someone’s life to make them just not happy that day about anything or anyone, just smile and don’t let the bad juju of the day mess with yours. I do like the card you made with the small boxes in the corner, really cute.

Blow on your glued paper to remove it. The hot moist air will loosen the glue. Thank you for the beautiful thank you card. Can you go to another post office? Love your card…. Going to copy it.

Good morning Ali. I hope you had good appointments this week. Sad news about the extra postage to mail the clear envelopes. More than one time I have glued to the card front upside down 😊😊 This is a wonderful alternative.

Love the card❤ As for postal service I'm right there with you, I have been getting packages shoved into the box that doesn't fit or just placed on the ground or on top and my box is up the road from where I live!
Oh wow! I have a great lady who delivers my mail she will walk packages up my driveway. My really only problem is with the postmaster. Sadly, I know I am not the only one. Word gets around in a small rural area like mine. More than a few times, I have overheard and related my experiences with other locals. I don't think the postmaster cares. I only hope that he is doing things by the book.😊
i use clear envelopes often with a Non Machineable butterfly stamp, Yes they cost more but not 44 cents more. Non machineable means it does not go through the cancelling machine so your postmaster cannot complain Hope you have success..Love youe ideos. TFS

I'm with Judy can't count how many times I've done my card backwards. Beautiful card. Check higher up and report your post office worker. There are rules but he's rude to boot. I would report it. Who knows maybe he hates his job. Definitely report him. Giant hugs 🥰

Ali, aside reflex is really under rated. Your gastrointestinal will be able to tell you more, but I've been there. In me ( and it might be in you) the valve in your asolfigust isn't working any more. So you have to physically keep the stomach adsid in your stomach. 1. Do not bend down from the waist to pick up something for more then 3 seconds. 2. Have the kids empty the dryer and the dishwasher. 3. Do enjoy yourself in your crafting, it will help lower your stress. Hope the doctor will also give you something to minimize your stomach asid. I'm on omeprozole 40 mg, twice a day. I've followed the rules above and only take it once a day. G-d bless you and feel better soon.
Thank you for this advice! Do you have a cough like mine. The doctor I saw this week now doesn't think my cough is acid reflux. Which leaves me back at square 1, where I started 3 years ago. I am now waiting to see a pulmanary doctor and lung specialist as well. I am truly grateful for this information, thank you 😊
@@aliswonderlandcreations5662 I'm so sorry Ali. If it was acid reflex, there is a fix for it, not an easy one, but a fix. I wish you lived in Las Vegas, I have a super gastroligist. It sounds like you aren't going to exactly know the root of the problem until they do an endoscope and take cultures. Why not ask you doctor for one. Three years is too long to not feel good. Oh Ali - you are doing more than your share to protect HIS JOB!!!!!! He shouldn't act that way with you. Where would he be without people sending mail????? I do see you doing something that I was told at my post office to NOT do and that is when you stamp across the bottom of an envelope. The machine prints a code at the bottom of a lot of mail and colored images across the bottom may prevent them from being read by the machine. I have only sent cards in clear envelopes a few times so am not sure about using them, plus I live in a different state than you do. Did you notice that in the catalog they say that these envelopes may require extra postage? They advise us to check with our local postal service. Our Post Office has 3 ladies, 2 of them are just great and one is more like your guy, I do all I can to get to one of the friendly ladies. Vent any time my friend, we are more than happy to listen and wish we could do something to help you. Oh yes, I LOVE this card!!!!!

@@aliswonderlandcreations5662 Yep - if you can't fight them, join them. Several years ago a friend and I bought a box of 500 envelopes from U Line and split them - they lasted for a long time and they were great quality. Some of your local ladies might be interested in sharing something like that.

I wonder do u have another postoffcive that you could try to see if they tell you the same thing? That’s crazy that he is so rude about it you would think the employees that handle and process the mail get a smile when they see it. I know I do. Not in my small town. The closest is 30 minutes away in Port Orchard. My Aunt Carol never has a problem mailing anything out, and she uses the same envelopes. Sadly, going to Port Orchard is not practical. If anyone know a postal clerk, maybe they can ask and see what they say. I don't mind abiding by the rules. I just want to know the rules so I can follow them. 😀
