AFL fans should watch this when they flippantly want to call him Duckwood. I've rarely seen a player with such ruthless intent to get to the ball first.
People just get annoyed that gets the hard ball.
Like they said about Eddy Betts....anyone who doesn't like him, doesn't like footy!
It's not so much a duck as it's the strength to punish an imperfect tackle. If you tackled Selwood you should be grabbing one arm and putting your whole body weight on that side.

As a geelong fan I actually love watching Cripps play cause he does remind me a bit of Selwood…but like you said there will never be another Selwood

As a mad Eagles supporter I hate Geelong...as a footy fanatic the man is a legend! He probly played more games than all 3 other brothers put together. Respect🤘

Jehsepi, of all your vids I have followed, this would have to be one of my most favourites! Giving kudos to not only a legend of the CATS, but a legend of the game. He was not only a leader on the field, but also in the Geelong community. And so humble. I was so lucky to be at the MCG to witness his last game, at the grand final, and I will never forget this experience. Thanks Jehsepi for the work and time you spent, making this video!
