Dave, and the foo’s, are one of the biggest names in music. I love that he never presumes anyone knows who they are, or what their songs are. Every show is as much for the new fans as the old ones. This rocks.
It's so interesting to see rock acts at jazz festivals now. Back in the day, jazz artists thought that rock was less sophisticated. Nowadays, rock artists are sophisticated, compared to modern pop artists.
I saw the Eagles front row of Jazz Fest, 2014. Funny how that front row is literally WORN OUT cause they've been sitting there all day to keep their spot. Dehydrated and beaten by the sun.

Obviously, you weren't there, because they were ON FIRE! At certain points I thought Josh's foot was going to fly off! Times Like These IS a ballad - more like a hymn really. Go back and see all the times they played it for difficult circumstances.

To be fair, after Taylor's death, a lot of these songs took on a different feel
