Common sense dictates that even just using the date of 1619 of the alleged first arrival of the slave ship in James Town Virginia that the FBA have been multiplying over 400 years , and the actual United States nation is only 250 years old , would arrive to the mathematical conclusion that there are a WHOLE LOT MORE FBA people than the recent arrival of the Black immigration population in the late 20th century .
The Caribbeans and the Africans weren't immigrating to the United States because the U.S. government wasn't allowing them to and also mainly the people in those places were too poor , internationally ignorant of other places ( illiteracy were widespread ) , and they were dealing with oppression of many aspects within their own countries .
It is the Black foreigners that need and benefits off of being placed in the category of " Black " within the United States which refers to the FBA people who are the largest group of Black people in the U.S. .
There aren't enough Black foreigners , and even less if you start separating them based on origin of country , to be of any political and economic significance .
