    Cable Crimping Tool: amzn.to/3ODufJI
    *Bulk 3G SDI w/ Copper Core: amzn.to/3tXeRzU
    BNC Connectors: amzn.to/3XUsMXl
*the actual cable we used in this project was not rated for SDI use specifically (though it could carry 3G signal), so I'm recommending a better alternative.

Make the copper center conductor longer. It's easier to get in the hole that way. Then after it's crimped, snip it off flush with the end of the connector.

I did not realize until after I ordered that you are referencing RG59 connectors, not RG6. Since I have RG6 cables, it was a total bust. Now I'm on the search for compression RG6 HD-SDI connectors.

RG59 and RG6 are types of cable braiding, not types of connectors. They both take BNC. With that said, I'm sorry to hear that your BNC connectors didn't work with the RG6 cable you bought. Could you share what brand you purchased so others don't run into the same issue?
