His mom reminds me of my own. Watching her relationship with her son makes me feel nostalgic for the times me and my mom would watch horror films together. The closet I've ever had to growing up in/with a mexican household was my neighbors. They were really friendly, the dad was an amazing cook, and we (me, my little brother, and the neighbors kids) had alot of fun on their trampoline. The oldest kid was the translator for the family.
