The best way for me was strengthening the muscles around my mouth area and slimming down. Using cold water helps too.

Lefort 1 is not recommended for this kinda thing if your bite is okay. It is major surgery which does not need to be successful. Personally i will have double jaw surgery due to underbite and crossbite combined and i won't pay due to public funds. Plastic surgery is for people who wants get better esthetic. March 47 kgs right now around 60 kg let me know guys
If you get to a low enough body fat percentage then yes, of course.

OG curve prominence is genetic. Can’t believe people out there think they can get OG prominence naturally.
I got my mom’s very prominent high cheek bones. She’s in her 60’s, and the fat around her cheekbones just dissipated over time, and her cheekbones/OG curves are freakishly prominent, despite her being a bit overweight below the neck.
I have them too, but I still have baby fat that refuses to go away, despite me being 30, and fairly lean (like 12% right now).

Honestly by that alone- assuming you have even halfway decent facial genetics- you'll definitely be at least a 6 to most women.
I'm 6'4, currently 225lbs with fairly good facial features. When I was lean, I would get constant attention from women and even got a few gifts from women I didn't know on occasion. Through college I gained a substantial amount of bf (up to 29%, been dieting down to 26 for the last month ) but the difference in interest compared to when I was sub 15% is mindblowing. I'm basically invisible rn.
Basically ,if you're tall, fairly youthful looking and lean, you'll have success. You'll be at least a 6-7 most of the time
If that's your face in your profile pic you should be overall a 6, maybe even a 7. 80kg for 189 is extremely lean, it's jaw dropping. I am 90kg at 186cm after a bulk phase. Cutting down is going to be a nightmare but worth it 100%.
@@mikes_channel You really have good facial features. Get lean lean lean. Lean as you can get while maintaining as much muscle mass. I suggest getting your teeth fixed with braces as well. I am personally gonna get braces next year to get mine straightened.
