The legal system works on fairness and consistency . They will be citizens once they tick all the boxes, otherwise it would unfair to those that are still working their way to permanent residency . But I have to say, they are doing a brilliant job.

FYI The weather in this particular region (Durban) is to die for. Summers are not too hot and there's no winter (24°C is usually the coldest it gets). It's always this green and almost every where is close to the beach with warm waters. The only thing which normally scares people are creatures (insects) but you get used to them. There are good schools, universities and wonderful places to visit, waterfalls, valley of a 1000 hills, game parks etc.

I've been watching all your videos. I've learnt that in life we should appreciate everything we have and stop complaining, look for something good out of everything and make the best of what we have. I was born in South Africa and I grew up here, I never knew how amazing it is because I was entertaining negativity. Let's thank God for these blessings that we didn't see and know about in South Africa, and do His Will to show that we are thankful.

The uninitiated think Cape Town/Western Cape is amazing but South Africans know that Kwa-Zulu Natal is the true gem of SA and the best part of it is that it is much much cheaper in terms of day to day living costs. Just a pity salary levels over there are abysmal.
AMEN. We will watch them telling us about cape town and see exactly the Liberalism in it. We know Table mountain is nothing compared to the mighty Drakensberg, besides KZN having endless Table mountains, with Durban having two. I am a Sowetan and know that KZN is the best in landscape, many hidden estates and many mansions which cost as little as R40m and they'd have cost R250m if they were in Cape Town or Joburg. The views are everywhere in KZN, rivers, nature and game reserves, everything.

I love Zimbali. I have visited and stayed there twice since moving back to Lesotho there in South Africa after 45 plus yrs in California. Once we stayed at two bedroom bungalow and the other I was able to take my mother there and we stayed at a villa there along with my child hood Friend and his wife from the States. It was special because it was the last vacation l had with my mother before she passed away earlier this year. I tell my friends in the US all the time how beautiful South Africa is.

I think that is the correct price because there are many houses in Zimbali that are actually priced that high and very similar to the one he reviewed.

@@lady5692 The municipality/local government sells land and some of the places are in really good areas. Also, there are many affordable houses. Look at property24 or private property. Please speak to locals when you want to purchase to make sure that it's in a good and safe area where the property prices are increasing so that it's a good investment. I'm from Durban but now live in Cape Town (the most expensive city in South Africa). I regret my move cause I can barely afford to buy a house here but I can definitely afford in Durban. Even though I'm a South African I didn't know this before moving here. Be sure to look around and compare cost of living in many cities before moving. But to be honest Johannesburg is the financial capital so there are more options there and the best quality of life. Cape Town is a vacation city and expensive and salaries aren't good. Durban salaries are low but so too is the cost of living so it cancels out.
