Moon is exalted in Taurus but not the ascendant ruler. It rules the sign of Cancer!
3rd house at 17:00. I have retro Lagan lord Jupiter in 3rd house. But I am not in communication fields. I work in IT and work as back end analyst. I only communicate with my managers and my team via emails.
I have mentioned about presence of soft planets like Ju, Ve & Me in tough houses like 3, 6,8,12 somewhere later in this video itself...also check if Ju is in Taurus or Aquarius...so relationship of Ve and Sa comes to play

It is Ke which does that - I just did a reading for a person this week with Ke in same spot and similar issues. Don't worry as you grow this will change with maturity of planet and also depends placement of Sa
