Good to see you back! I'm in the US and I have to admit, I just watch real estate videos for fun. But if I were younger and in better health, I would seriously consider something like this. What a great price, and wouldn't take a lot to brighten it up a bit. I can see buying something like this to live in for part of the year. It would be a great home base for making small trips around Italy and Europe, and not have to travel back to the US so often. Oh well, I can dream.
