I'm thinking it's kind of more like tunisian crochet at the beginning. Not sure though 😏
Some translation apps use 'knitting' and 'crochet' interchangeably.
Alternatively, in some countries, their native word for "looping yarn" is translated as 'knitting'.
Much like 'knitting a bone' it simply means to bind together.

I waited so long thinking there would be some magic with those long threads. Oh dear what a waste. Our fancy thread like that is very pricey and to waste it is horrendous.
I was thinking some magic was going to happen with the looong threads, maybe crochet through and interweaving, maybe even macrame, but what a complete waste for such a little keyring. Soooo disappointing. Sorry Sweetie, but show us your usual great work, you are very clever, so what happened here. There were some very interesting techniques used so it wasn't completely lost on me🙏❤. Still love you though🥰
