If Museveni stepped a side in 1996! He would be uganda's greatest ever. He would be the nations grand father. Right now he is the top man for every institution and industry. I think the decentralised system was way better. Today all Leaders are in positions with absolutely no authority. From chief judge to LC1.
Even Balam seems to hold more power than some institutions.

Hon. Nambooze's approach to political affairs has kept NRM in power for 35 years. She is well learnt with excellent views, but her views are more applicable in modern democracies like the UK, USA.(legal action after legal action). Hopefully, Hon Bobi Wine won't literally follow her approach.

I do not agree with you Hon. All these old MPs are asleep in Parliament and have no idea regarding technology which moves the country to the next Century. or else the country will be left behind. It is a world of young generation who are technologically unchallenged.
