Thanks for sharing! I absolutely loved the color scheme and how everything turned out. I do agree with the time slot to set up!! It really does take a lot of time and it really requires help. I’ve done parties just my spouse and I and I’m exhausted at the end of the event! I’ve learned that Being mindful of how you pack ur items up is soo important. Also labeling everything to cut down on time. Running around looking for things is a nightmare! Thank u for your advice. God bless!
That is soooo true! I need to start labeling things. That’s why I like to put everything in clear bins so it’s easier for me during setup time.

Beautiful set up!! I wished the other vendor would’ve coordinated the candy table with the colors of the event. I totally feel you on properly packing up on the back end. I was the same way this weekend after my event. I was too tired and just wanted my bed lol!

Hello! Love your work. How do you transport the Linens without them getting back wrinkled or have fold lines??
Thank you! I fold my linens and then put them into bins. I try not to fold them too tight. I also steam my linens the day before (or day of) the event.

Thank you girl! Most of the time, I get 120-inch round tablecloths. Sometimes I need 132-inch when I’m decorating cocktail tables (high boys).

I have a winter wonderland baby shower on the 5th and its for a girl. I have to do chair covers also, but i have the elastic bands instead. Im gathering a team to help with the chairs tho. I HATE chair sashes....so much work. Last time i used them was for an outdoor brunch in June. Between the heat and the cicadas, i was OVER IT!!!
Those cicadas were the WORST!!! I was ready to move back to NY. lol!
Cool! About how lon to assemble the garland, and approximately how many balloons?
Not exactly sure how many balloons I used. But I like to purchase a bag of balloons in each size that’s available (except 36-inch). In total, I usually spend about 1.5 to 2 hours on my balloon garlands.

How many do you have on your team? The candy table is usually color coordinated right?
I guess it depends on what the client asks for. 🤷🏽♀️ If the client requests the candy to be color coordinated, then the vendor will provide that. I’m guessing that may cost more money…
What’s the machine you used to blow the balloons. Also did you fill them the night before or a few days?
I’ll put the link in the description for my electronic pump. For this event, I blow up the balloons the day before.

Wow that’s a lot of trust showing up to an event without being fully paid. Have you ran into any issues with clients not paying after you have set up? I require my clients to pay their balance 7 days before the event just to make sure I don’t get screwed over.
Oh, I’m sorry. I should have clarified that. I talked to client and they paid before the event.
