I attended a T Group Personal Awareness Weekend. It was good for the weekend. Not good after I returned to real life. I blew it up w honesty. All good now though. Be careful w this stuff.
Care to elaborate? All I can think of your statement, is that T groups can indeed be harmful if not facilitated with proper care. Carl Rogers spoke about this and had good outcomes of such T groups.

I just graduated a TC program at the Wyoming Women's center in Lusk. It was a life changing experience for me. I was in one encounter.
