(Make sure you put 2+ Entities) Kill 1 and the other one will be struck by lightning

You could use armor stand if you need to kill to activate and hide the armor stand then tp in front of you repeat then summon the armor stand it will activate if you want to do it again if you kill the armor stand

A tip for any readers. For the commands, after you put type=item, put name=stick for example :
/execute @e[type=!player] ~ ~ ~ /kill @e[type=item, name=stick]
This will make it so only a stick will trigger the lightning rather than dropping any item
