Manufacturing - India must be able to source raw naterials within India ,or overseas ,then change the raw materials to components n then assemble the components into products .
Then Made in India becomes practical.

Taiwan - the Taiwanese engineers who work in American companies fir many years came back to Taiwan n started the chi industry , today , Taiwan has the most advanced chip industry.
Technology has always been the way forward to be a world class economy. But, so is security and, law and order.
