@Sami The Clip was shot by My Friend Eni. She and her crew was travelling to Goa from Delhi. They didmt get any update regatding the delay and have to wait at the airport gor 10 Hours. Later 2 Hours n the flight. After 2 Hours also it was keep getting Delayed. Passangers were asking for food and water but Staff was way to rude with everyone. The guy who hit him was going gor his honeymoon. Heated argumanets were going on and finally that guy hit the crrw member. Eni said yes it was weong but the way staff was behaving was not right too

Yes, frustration hoga itne time ke delay ka but slapping the crew or pilot is not a solution & also there are many technicalities related to Airlines which #Gaurav Sir has explained to the general public like us.
Currently deboarding ka option nahi hai in current Aviation rules & is only given on extreme conditions. But yes agar passenger ko dikat ho rahi, usko flight se deboard karne ka option Dena chahiye.🙏

What a lie. Indigo is the airline which has all female crew and that passenger has slapt the pilot who was wearing a sweater over his uniform.
Hi Sambhavna, I had no empathy for any flight crew until I married a pilot. As a pilot wife I must share here that if there is anybody who is more eager to get home earlier than the passengers it’s the crew. For them it’s a job with odd hours & challenging schedules & even they want to finish their work and be home on time. They have no national holidays, public holidays or holidays for birthdays and anniversaries. They don’t get home at 6pm every day & often miss festivals & special occasions in the family. It’s an extremely demanding job. As a wife I wait all day for the second my husband will land, I keep checking the flight status online & the moment for when my single tick will become a double tick on WhatsApp. While I totally understand that people make plans around their flight schedules, imagine that we plan our every day based on these schedules. Aise mein half an hour ka delay bhi irritates the crew (& their families) who are dying to get home, let alone half a day. Upar se they have to handle the angry passengers, troubled cabin crew & frustrated airport staff. Phir land karke traffic mein phasso till you reach home and all your days planning is a waste. Being slapped for doing your duty when factors like weather & security are not in your hands, when airport politics and rules & regulations are beyond your control - it’s just not fair. The pilot who got attacked would have gone home that day feeling so terrible and small for doing nothing but his duty. And nobody deserves to feel that way. If he had got clearance for take off from all departments, let me tell you there was no way he would keep his aircraft on ground for so long. It was only and only because of factors out of his control that he didn’t fly. Passengers often forget ki zameen pe hain toh at least zinda toh hain - pilots pe pressure daal ke destination ki jagah aasman mein hi reh gaye toh phir kya hoga? Jaan hai toh jahaan hai na!
We are all becoming so quick to react nowadays, even the annoyed passenger has caused himself trouble for a lifetime. None of this was worth it.
There is a glitch in the system which is something even the pilots are aware of but can’t do anything about. If anything hopefully this incident will highlight the loopholes & the authorities will try to find a suitable solution for all parties involved.
But its there job...odd hrs...they are paid for their odd Yes..all the jobs hv their own pros and cons but in the end we get salary
But the passenger who is travelling has paid fr the travel..they may different emotion while travelling..unlike the crew..the passengers should be treated well and given proper information. Its customer 's right and crew's duty..Don't forget that
@@wincyy2012 this is proof of the exact lack of empathy that I’m talking about. Google the toughest jobs in the world and then estimate what salary justifies it. Money is not everything. You get a salary too, even if you are at fault, will you accept being slapped by a client you didn’t deliver to? Absolutely Illogical.
We are families of crew & we are passengers too, we get troubled too, but we are sensitised enough to not blame the crew for something that they can’t control.
I never told slapping anyone is the solutions or I said what passenger did is right..Im totally against that slapping incident..
Im just saying u can inform prior and calm situation rather than being rude and provoking.
I guess here people are misunderstanding Sambhavna's comment. She clearly said unko pura scenario nai pta hai. She just said crew member ko slap karna was wrong. Sambhavna ka main point was slapping was wrong. That's it. She is not at all supporting anyone.

i saw a tweet which said "when we passengers asked many questions to the crew, the pilot said you guys are asking so many questions isliye delay hua" after hearing this answer the passenger hit the pilot
Hey, you can watch Flying Beast’s video, he has explained it very well from both perspectives. He has mentioned mistakes from every side. From the ground staff, the airport staff, the guy who slapped, the cockpit door kept open, technicalities, ATC and also about the need for a procedure to let a passenger de-board.
It will give you a better perspective directly from the person who was in aviation.
Slapping someone is wrong, bt the captain was accusing the passengers for the delay. Both are wrong. Airlines staff are always rude even their crew members

I was at Varasani airport for 10 hours. My original flight got cancelled on previous day to booked Sunday's flight. But thand Mai kulfi jamne ke bad ultimately at 7.30pm flight flew after 7 hours delay. Only 3 flights flew from varanasi that day. I think Bhairav Baba ki kripa other wise I would be in that cold alone for next few days. P S they did provided us with food and water at the airport.

Nope… he was first officer… anoop kumar… the passenger was Sahil Kataria. On the way to his honeymoon . Flight kept delaying coz of the weather.. Delhi to Goa. Inside the flight it was almost 2 hours rest they were at the airport not flight.

I’m not saying that the airlines flight and airports are great here. But there are certain rules that both side have to follow. I have personally had a bad experience with EasyJet twice and since then I have crossed it out completely, unless it’s a do or die situation.

The Ranvir episode where they were awaiting the pilot...when 1 flight is delayed..the crew is in air for more number of hours..they are not allowed to fly beyond few hours so they then await a new crew which due to such fog situations are again few in number. This vicious cycle hampers the whole situation. So unavailable pilot was due to this reason

Avinash ji आप बात कर रहे है पैसेंजर्स एकजुट हो जाये but कुछ साल पहले बस कंडक्टर ने मुझे रात के समय मेरे bus stop पर बार बार कहने के बावजूद नहीं उतारा और मेरे ज़ोर से बोलने पर बतमीज़ी से बोल रहा था पूरी फुल bus में कोई भी नहीं बोला और तो और मेरे रिश्ते कि बात कही चल रही थी जो उस लड़के कि मुँह बोली बहने थी जो रिश्ता करा रही थी वो भी bus में थी जिसको मै जानती नहीं थी और उसने बाद में बोला लड़की लड़ाकू है और बतमीज़ है... बजाये इसके कि वो भी मेरे साथ बोलती ड्राइवर को..... जब मुझे मेरी दोस्त जो रिश्ता करा रही थी ने बताया तो मैंने उसको बोला भाड़ में जाये ये रिश्ता जो आज मेरे लिए ना बोल सकी कल वो लोग पता नहीं कैसे होंगे.... ऐसी है ये दुनिया ये मै कोई सहानुभूति के लिए share नहीं कर रही... इसलिए share कर रही हूँ...खुद को कमज़ोर ना समझो और गलत के लिए बोलो।

The passenger was in the plane for 13 hours without food or water and the crew was misbehaving and blamming the passengers instead .

It's absolutely wrong what u are stateing when passanger are in board and flight is delayed pilot and crew member can't do anything becoz they only depend on ATC they have to follow their instruction and due to heavy fog flight can't take off it required 120 mtr clear distance visibility hope u understand already that passanger is behind the bar becoz its a big crime

Pilot pe haath uthaya, bhai plane bhi wahi fly karne wala tha. Never take panga with such people, agar aise logon ki şatki toh pilot bhi gusse mein age kya kar sakta hai. Patience rakhna chahiye tha, blame the person jisko wajah se delay hua, pilot bhi bina approval ke flight nhi take off kar sakta. Woh bhi job kar rha.

even I had the similar experience when I was going to Gulf country before 6 months the Indigo staff was very very rude they were just like laughing and chirping and no attention given to the passengers and the so called Air hostesses think that they are something we are paying so much of money to travel and they don't even bother.

Recently mere husband ki Chandigarh se Ahmedabad ki flight 2hour 2hours krke cancel kr di. 6 bje ki flight 10 bje cancel and 14jan was extremely cold weather in Chandigarh. The whole passenger got together and took a stand. In the last airway had to book hotel gave dinner to them and drop till hotel by airport bus. Starting me airways Wale unpe bhari the 150 passengers United together and did not give up.

Once when my mother had been diagnosed with cancer and our flight was scheduled for 9 in the morning but for 1-2 hrs they said it's delayed then they said passengers will be divided then again there was confusion then then after barely 2 hrs , the ground staff left the counters , then we reached after 13& a half hrs , then once they announced in the flight that the flight was not getting runway and after 2 hrs of hovering and lingering above the Mumbai airport which wasn't a layover did wrong announcements they changed it twice inside the flight, just to help an old lady, I asked her if she was not getting at a particular stoppage, she said now you have to get down amd luggage, my goodness, Indivo flights are horrible in just these things but they broke brand new strolleys.(happened twice) I think Indigo flighta are the most problemsome.
