Yes chances hai as per my knowledge minimum 30 to 40 days wait karna hoga aapko..I would suggest apply in other company also l.Abhi tcs ke end se offer letter bohot late se release ho raha hai
Please reach out to the HR who conducted the interview about your Offer letter status if you got the confirmation..TM usually release the OL within 2 weeks do connect with them
It is a part of BGV they will contact you if everything goes well dont worry.some company releases the OL only after they get the background verification report fro m the team so you have to wait..

My training in ILP will be based on SAP or some other unit?
It will be on SAP and also in UM portal you can enroll for ILP for SAP in ievolve
