Bosch dishwasher E05 error code. Cleaning inlet valve, Replacing diverter - alternate water distributer. Solved
A Bosch dishwasher error code E01, E02, E03, E04, or E05, refers to a power module failure, i.e., a control board issue requiring specialist attention.
The most likely cause of the E05 error code is a water switch Triac fault on the main control board. In some cases, the error code indicates a damaged float or defective float switch.
1. Run dishwasher, check water level
2. Disassemble
3. Clean inlet
4. Run dishwasher
5. Check for leaks
6. Replace diverter
7. Assemble back
8. Run cycle to test and check for leaks
