From this point on, I think you have to only play games with a single winner each week. Just like pulling those keys, you need to keep up the suspense as long as possible rather than giving yourself a cheap win.
After all, winning X board games definitely implies that will be an impressive proportion rather than just keeping playing until you get enough wins.

I was like “that’s understandable to think as a kid” then she said it was in the last year she learned and I was absolutely floored
The best part for me is that she is not technically wrong. Lighting can be formed by charge imbalances (negative to positive) between clouds when they get close, audible as thunder. Not what she meant, obviously, but she wasn't totally wrong.
When I was a kid I also thought thunder was the sound two clouds made when they collided. I thought lightning caused the clouds to collide at higher speed then usually..... No idea why I thought that.
@@KrypsynDraconian Only extremely indirectly, as the thunder isn't the sound of the charge imbalance, but the sound of the air suddenly heating up from the lightning... so it's like two steps removed from what thunder is even if that's what she meant 😂

See honestly i thought it was darker than it ended up being. I was thinking Kurt Cobain, because of his... death. As there was no photos, but even if there were photos they would be of no use.
@@jostauber8620 yes, so unfortunately Diana (the ex wife, of the now King of the UK) died in what was essentially a car chase with paparazzi she was trying to escape. To add to the terrible nature, upon crashing, instead of helping, the paparazzi in question took pictures of the scene. Hence the understatement of the year - “doesn’t like photos”!

But I agree, the Joker would fit better. I just already figured Sully had the Joker, and didn't have Buffy anywhere else.
It has taken me 2 months, but I have finally seen every episode of board game club including the 2 10 hours lives. So worth it I love you guys
It was a throw away line by Laurie but an ‘It’ll be alright on the night’ style Christmas special of unseen bits and best moments would be really great, perhaps with Brian Children filling Denis Norden’s shoes?
And multiple uses of the word "cock". They got away with that in prime time TV for years.

I would like to see an episode where Terri actually plays, hopefully against Adam and Sullivan for the memes
I actually think the off-screen role is an important part of the charm of BCG, so someone would need to replace her if they did that. I feel like if she was an occasional on-screen player I'd just wonder "why isn't she just playing" whenever they talk to her the times she's not.

This has been one of the best episodes of NRB BGC I've ever seen, I was in absolute hysterics from the get go right through to the end. Love you guys so much. SO many top tier moments that had me cackling throughout!
I 100% knew the final answer was Mad Max, and I 100% would have put in the wrong key to hurt Adam. I'm so proud it was my girls Rosie and Buffy who slayed his victory.

With the editing, the discussion of Rosie (until recently) thinking that thunder was caused by clouds, came right before showing the clues on the board... I thought Sullivan's "No boom!" clue was clearly Pikachu. He's Lightning, (which might have symbolised either) but Thor is god of thunder, and Sully doesn't have thunder.
Then all the other clues happened.
