COVID has proven a hybrid model - virtual and in-person is not only possible, but it also offers flexibility, global outreach, increased collaboration, and engagement. Scrums can be virtual, combined with (in a post-COVID world) face to face collaboration time. Slash the old world travel budget and repurpose some of it for collaboration events.

Interesting that the interviewer concludes that London is the place to be for companies to attract tech talent. Given the exodus of companies from the U.K. in light of the current turmoil, she may have a good point, even if from an unintended perspective.
Thank you for posting this video. I hope it inspires people to work hard on their education.

Fascinating interview. Great points.
My only concern with this is, I have well educated friends of all races that are having a hard time finding jobs.
Some are out of work anywhere from 5 months to 3 years. What can we do to bridge this gap?

Is she interviewing Susan Harker or herself
Scrums can't be remote?............. Thats why it's called Agile!
Am I the only one to notice that they're not actually looking at one another?
they are looking at the camera. lol
ownership is important!
