My swift makes a rattling noise when turning on the blower, I assume cleaning it could be sufficient?

This is a good descriptive video on how to change the aircon blower motor in a "suzuki swift dzire" (dzire is the sedan version that is made for the Indian market and exported to developing markets in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East it was not released in australia)
Apart from that i have a couple of questions about your video.
    1) if this is an exact replica how come the fins are curved in the opposite direction and the motor spins the opposite way?
    2) you said that the customer was complaining about lack of airflow so you pulled there original out and replaced it with not one of yours but the same one you pulled out cause nothing was wrong with it.
    3) You have sold the item as exact replica replacement for a suzuki swift ez hatch 2005-2010 when clearly it is not. Apart from that the dzire sedan was released in 2008 to 2012
So I am guessing that you purchased a bulk amount of these for cheap to try and flip them and then you realised that it is not the exact replica of the Australian market and you have gone down the dissapointing and inethical pathway of misleading customers into purchasing an incorrectly labelled part.
You suckered me in and now I am out of pocket.
It is unaustralian to operate like you have.
I will not be talking untrue facts of this scam, the truth alone will be enough.
I am only stating truthful facts and trying to be constructive.
If you want repeat customers be honest and upfront.

Sorry mate, why have I just received a paragraph full of accusations and assumptions without prior contact? Reverse the polarity of the plug, and it will work as intended. Yes, Sedan and hatch spin the opposite direction. Quit with the jumps to conclusions and seek advice from your supplier, and all your problems will disappear. Can't believe what I'm reading!
