Pit of Consciousness, Vortex and Mediator feel pretty relatable to me. The first two songs of this album are also already pretty serious in its tone and topic, which makes me curious about the remaining ones.

I'd say Mediator is even more brutal of a song, but both kick off with blast beats. Sit Stay Roll Over feels more aggressive though, while Mediator is also angry but more in a sad way? I guess it fits in with the meaning and how brutal life can be for sensitive people.

Clever of them imho, to contrast the smooth groove start of Vortex, giving this as the other single leading into the album release, to show the range of what they're up to these days. Cannot wait for this album (27th August btw). :)
