How can someone get another host, when the initial host they provided in the ds 260 has turned them down after receiving their visa?

they will not come, if embassy knows you have children you will be denied the visa. Never apply without adding your spouse and children. Go and read instructions.

You have to travel alone there is no way you can add them cos if u do u will be denied the visa at the embassy.

You can't put the address of some one with out a legal stay in the U.S
Anyone with permit or visa or id whether permanent or temporary stay in America can host you

Hey EBM, now if my passport , birth certificate and marriage certificate have 3 names whereas my educational certificates have 2 names and I have an affidavit to confirm that I am the same person. My questions are;
1.At what point do I present the affidavit? Is it to KCC or the Embassy during visa interview
2. Does KCC access high school certificates from the national exam Council?

you can't complete the DS260 form without filling the address of where you will be staying. So, you will not complete the visa form and you will not come to the USA

Please reply, I put my brother's friend address. He moved to another apartment after i submitted the ds-260. On the other hand, I do not want to stay at his place anyways. I am aware upon my arrival to US hopefully, the officer asks if i want to change the current address or I can just ask him, right? I used his address for safety. I will be in a hotel and find an apartment myself. Can I say all that truthfully or does it create confusion? Thank you!
You can request the kcc to unlock ur DS260 to change the address before the interview or u better leave like that cos ur actually card will come to the address you mentioned in the form even if u will not stay in the address you can make contact with the person that has the address so as to receive the actual card

Yes, you can move to another address/state etc. But you will also need to update your new address to the immigration website, USCIS

Some embassies ask for it while others don’t. You are advised to bring it just in case if not there a risk you might be thrown into Administrative processing.
@@timotheemuzaliwa I want to believe it depends on your work history and or educational level because it doesn’t make sense that an embassy had not listed a particular document as a requirement only to get to the interview ground and be thrown in what?!!! No
@@adamambye2369 If the embassy does not list list it as a document you should bring to the interview then fine.
However every Interviewing officer will be concerned about you being a public charge.
Two ways: 1) Bring and I-134 declaration of financial support or 2) Show proof of sustainability like money in the bank

secondly, I entered my wife actual wife and her son's actual names. their names have no connection with mine,is that a problem?
A name of ur spouse does not necessarily has to be thesame with urs as long as u have legal papers proving u are married and also u have to prove the son is yours either by legal papers proving he is ur adopted son if not u will be denied the visa at the embassy
Step children are allowed do no problem but I think before visa there will be some Consents required legally
