But still when I travel to India they ask for an old passport alongside a new passport. You have to carry both British passports old and new one. @@mehnazs1708 You only apply for OCI renewal when you are over 20 AND get a new passport after aged 20. So for example if you got oci when you are 19 and your passport expires when you are 25 then you need oci renewal from age 25 on new passport.

Pehle kehte te old passport hai no update no renew. Ab kehte har 10 sal ke bad jab new passport aata hai upload krna padhe ga.
