Before i even read your comment i thought out loud the same thing Just âgorgeous.â I too am in process of buying a mobile home and this home tour its absolutely inspiring.
My parents retired when I was in High School. They sold our house in the village and we moved to the country and lived in a double wide motor home. It was beautiful. We had a lovely meadow across the road. I can still see my father look for deer in the early mornings. My mother had beautiful taste and the inside was just as gorgeous as our view. We were happy. Thatâs the most important part. â„ïž

Oh my goodness! I love this woman! With what is going on in the world today, many people are going to be "humbled" and need to stop living beyond their means. A manufactured home gets a really bad rap, and they are one of the most loveliest places one can live. Your home is beautiful and you should be so proud of what you have created. I agree. I lived in a mobile home for 7 years. I liked it. Now, I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and I wish I had my mobile home back!
@@51Lorie I had a beautiful manufactured home after my divorce in 2005, eventually I moved into a 1950's rambler house that was bank repo, re-did it. After my stroke, in 2014 I had to sell the house. Now, I am back in a trailer but it is not the location I want. I am trying to get into a senior apartment (at age 56) and the waiting list is years. Mobile homes really are lovely places to live. so tired of the stigma.

Just wanted to mention the U.S. flag is hanging backwards, the blue is always on the left whether flying or hanging, learned that right after 911. Great idea too having a basement. I absolutely love what is done with a mobile home can't even tell it's a mobile home. I found it interesting that they dug basement. That was so awesome. Basements are hard to come by here in Florida LOL most of the time when you dig it hit rock and water LOL I would wonder if you would give a tour of the basement sometime in the future. I just really love how you decorated your home and I like the little nook that came from putting in a stairway to the basement. And great idea putting a shelf over your kitchen window. THIS Home tour, by far is my favorite yet!!!! I loved it so much!! I never would of guessed it to be a mobile home! This is TALENT.... this is true decorating talent!!!! Someone that can turn a mobile home into this adorable homey cottage.....is talented!!! Most peoples homes already start off with all the architecture elements and she found and made all the architecture elements herself!!! Amazing!! Just beautiful!!!đșđžđșđž

We once lived in a house that was $2,500. Yes, less than $3000. It was an oilfield house, put up for workers to live near the oilfield. It was very simple, but we made it home. We were in the middle of replacing the roof when a huge rainstorm came in. Our ceilings collapsed, the whole half of the house had to be fixed. We took down the paneling that was ruined, put new drywall on the ceiling. I found some gorgeous wallpaper border in a store nearby that was $5 a roll. We painted the bottom of the walls deep rose, and the top a light pink and put the rose border up in between. It was so charming! I hung old kitchen utensils on the kitchen walls, we put new carpet in the living/dining area. We later moved, and sold the house for $5000. It was in a tiny community, and houses were inexpensive there.

I love love love your home! For me, the size and grand stature of a home does not mean much to me as I have been in many that were not as warm and welcoming as yours. Right now my husband and I live in a 400 ft.ÂČ converted garage! When people step inside almost immediately they love it, feel welcome, and often declare they want to move in! Couple of years ago, I bought a 16x66 mobile home(in great condition with a room addition) on acreage(one acre cleared around the mh, rest is wooded) with a pole barn,. Retired last September, sold my house(3 floors and didn't use 2 of them) and moved into the mobile. I love it! Everything on one floor, easy to clean and I've been doing DIY projects to make it my own. I get to have coffee on my deck in the mornings and look at my own private park.
Oh my goodness !! I had a mobile home I lived in for 15 years and loved it ! It is still home to me when I pass but it even though we sold it 6 yrs ago to a new family. Let me start by saying something some of us (def including myself) have unfortunately forgotten "Be it ever so humble, there's no place like HOME" and you have done a bang up job at making that mobile home a very nice Home! I have really needed to be reminded of that, since moving into our forever home after renting for 20 years, I fret about how the house and decorations should look to me and everyone else that comes to visit, but I simply need to remember it's HOME, our home, we need to enjoy it, feel comfortable and safe here, so thank you! Great âshe shedâ room. You can stencil those doors in a tone on tone and they look great. Love the garage door as well. I have an idea she may like. If she moves the mirrors over the bedroom night side tables, it would add height to the room, and a bonus, it would give her an opportunity to put a large piece of artwork over her bed. Just a thought. Her kitchen looks like something from cottage magazine and I love all she has done. Very charming. Good job.

I LOVE your place!! 25 acres is a dream spot, and the color outside is just a knockout! Next as soon as you walk in, the display is so cool! Your house shows your heart!!! There is a scripture that says " humble yourself in the sight of the Lord, and he will lift you up". This is a perfect exapmle of that! Thank you for sharing your hert and home with us.
I saved this video a week ago and I'm just getting to it. What was I waiting for. Absolutely gorgeous. I love everything you've done. I live in an apartment and I also decorate in the very same manner. There is nothing new in my apartment. All hand-me-downs, found on the side of the road, refurbished, diyed... keeping this in my saved videos to watch again, I may have missed something...LOL

Please tell your husband this is one of my VERY fav homes Iâve toured. I wished we lived closer. I want a slower tour and details on how you did so many things. I, too, would see cool stuff in stores and had sticker shock. I just go home now and sew it, paint it, craft it, up cycle it, etc. and TaDa.......you can make things you love which makes you love them even more.
