Looks like a flat iron. A different video says to put the flat iron's heat at 120 degrees Celsius (or your lowest setting) for Kanekalon (I think it's modacrylic?) doll hair. See: czcams.com/video/rdeE5JyCcc4/video.html @6:23.

I think u can just use whatever u have in,ess it’s made of stuff that can melt
Looks like regular acrylic to me
Some of them are cotton and some might be thread
You can show in some video how to get his head out because my barbie can't be teken out and I'm afraid of breaking them ,one is the same as yours, but you can say thank you
