Using some of the brine of the jar of olives ( and also pickles ) add delicious flavour to a salad dressing. You can use it instead or even with vinegar or some kind of citrus 🍋🟩 as well.

For some reason my stomach won't digest cucumbers. Five hours after I eat them I'm still burping them. I love their taste but can't put them in my salads. I put lots of shredded cheese and green olives.

Hello from Reno NV where it was dry, sunny and 80F today. Salad is great on days like this. I like to put strips of chicken, salmon or steak on top.
That's how I get my husband to see it as a full meal (by adding meat to salad). 😉
