A recognizable silhouette is a need if you want to make a good character design.
I love how the originals, Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, have a really memorable silhouette in the thumbnail: Blossoms big bow, Bubbles‘ pigtails and Buttercups spiky hair make each individual of them really distinguishable. You know exactly who is who, even if the simple style of the Powerpuff girls does not allow much detail.
Bliss‘ design however is not distinguishable in silhouette. They may have tried to compensate that by making her hair that weird mint color, but it looks really unnatural, especially in combination with her tan skin (darker skinned people usually have darker hair as well). Kind of shows how the old designs are superior in forms of character design.

*insert ahem* Ok just know that this is an opinon, and this is how I feel about Bliss as a PPG.
~ This is my opinon, so please don't get offended.
I personally do not take Bliss as the fourth PPG, because it CLEARLY states on her wiki that she is NOT the 4th and she's the 10th. Have these people (who made the show) forgotten about Bunny? Princess Morbucks? Like geebers. As much as I love her voice, she's just a cash grab. She's not an actual PPG.
If you all are still confused here's the list of the PPGS in order.
1. Mojo Jojo
2. Blossom
3. Buttercup
4. Bubbles
5. Princess Morbucks
6. Bunny
7. Brick
8. Butch
9. Boomer
10. Bliss
And not only that she is the ONLY one who breaks the natural hair color fourth wall with her cyan hair.
Mainly she could have brown, or black or something natural. Cause I don't think a girl can be born with purple, pink or even blue hair.
EDIT: Im just going to add to this but also, she was not, NOT made with Chemical X. She was made with Chemical W. Therefore, not making her a PPG at all, since all PPGS are made with Chemical X. :)

It does really hurt my heart when people say that she’s the 4th PPG because I remember all of the other ones and I really just wish people would state the facts like you did. Also, I really like how you brought up how she’s not even technically a PPG to begin with because she was made using chemical W. On the hair color topic, maybe she has cyan hair BECAUSE of the chemical W? I don’t know, I just thought of that lol. (Sorry that this is so long😂😅)

Dude, I want to tell you something about Bliss, I tell you that she's my favorite character from Powerpuff Girls, even though the reboot was bad, I liked it, there were only a few good episodes with a story, but Bliss was the one I liked the most because Bliss is well constructed. and for me there is no problem having a fourth Girl despite Bunny being the real fourth Girl, I say that I think she is a bit weak as a durable character because she only appeared once, but ok, it was the inferior ingredients, plus the reasons why I preferring Bliss more than Bunny is because she has a personality like the other girls and cool powers even if they also criticize her look like that (otherwise she has the color purple, it's Bunny's color but she's a replacement for Bunny ) I say that I can't see Bliss at all as replacing Bunny just because of the purple and her look, I really like her blue hair, eyes and purple dress and her black skin, it's very unique and beautiful, I can accept her more as the fourth member of the Powerpuff Girls but that doesn't mean I don't like Bunny and I won't mourn her death
