So easy, so simple, so good! They over baked a little (even though I rounded temp to 335F since my oven runs a bit high; next time will only keep them in for 16-18 min. Will also double, triple, or quadruple the recipe; these were gone in less than 10 minutes, the measurements given yield 12 (very small) cookies and I have 4 adults living here! Again, thanks for the awesome, achievable , delicious recipes. I love making them with your method!

余った卵白ってどうしてますか?
焼いて食べたりするけど、みなさんはどう処理してますか?
お菓子作りって連続でやらないからその時その時で少し余る食材の使いどころに困ります。
卵白は冷凍庫に入れて保存可能ですよ!集まったらパウンドケーキとか作ります…母が。私は面倒くさいので食べちゃいます(笑
冷凍保存出来るので、(ラップに包んで輪ゴムで縛ってます)ある程度たまったらラングドシャクッキーやシフォンケーキ、ホワイト生地のロールケーキ等に使ってます
冷凍保存出来るんですね!知らなかった!では使うときは自然解凍してってことですよね?

طبعا ده كوكيز .المقادير .طبعا في البداية .ورقة الفانيليا .وشرائح لوز حطيه في طبق وحمصيه ..80 جرام زبدة و50 جرام سكر بني وصفار بيضة واحدة و30 جرام لوز مطحون .ورشة ملح و110 جرام دقيق و35 جرام شوكلاتة شيبس و35 جرام شرائح اللوز المحمص ابيض ..حطي على الزبدة بعد ذوبانها الفانيليا وصفار البيضة ثم كسري البيض وخذي صفار بيضة وحطيها على الخليط مع التقليب ثم نزلي دقيق اللوز المطحون ورشة الملح وحطي الدقيق الابيض ثم نزلي شرائح اللوز المحمص و35 جرام الكاكاو الشيبس .حطي الكيس في نايلون ويلف زي السويس رول يوضع في الثلاجة حتى يتجمد ويسهل تقطيعه دوائر حطي الدوائر في صينية وتدخل الفرن 20 دقيقة على 170 بالتوفيق والنجاح
