He is chewing some plant called Katte mildly addictive you can chew the leave or and the stems. It is common to see people from Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia and Yemen chewing this leaves.
My only wish is rooms to have their own toilets and bathhrooms.The place otherwise is awesome.Very peaceful place to hang out
