Joe. Happy Sunday. Feel like I haven’t seen you in ages. Great aerials. Oh yes to that view on entry. Office/small bedroom with a big closet. Now this bathroom is big. Double sinks 🙌🏼. Decent size guest bedrooms. Oh. An accessible 1/2 bath. Love it. You need it. Amazing open concept. Love storage on islands. Love pot draws. Appreciate the breakfast nook. Big pantry. Big laundry 🧺. Loving this covered tiled lanai and outdoor kitchen. Like the fireplace and water feature but prefer a pool. Joe. Every home should have that outdoor pool. Love it. No wet folks in my house. 😂. Spacious primary. Galley en-suite. Love the super shower. Like the 2-sided closet. No closet though. Cut down the size of the shower for a linen closet. The 1st floor is enough but upstairs is amazing. I’m greedy Joe. They could’ve even put a 1/2 bath up here as well. These bedrooms bigger than the ones downstairs. Fantastic home. Great tour. Happy Sunday my friend! I know what you mean, I typically reply on the day of or at least the following week, I've been playing catch up with the summer vacation to Asia and getting sick several times. This house is such a sleeper! It looks so small from the outside, but its huge once you step in. but like you said this needs to be on a bigger lot to really have a backyard and a pool. The upstairs of this home shines as you mentioned the larger bedrooms and it's just soooo spacious! Thank you so very much for watching and chatting it up with me. I truly appreciate you very very much.
