As a 2x survivor of sexual molestation, I take offense when anyone says “Where were the parents?” No one can watch a child 24/7 and often times it’s those you trust that do harmful things to your child. Please be mindful of the “where were the parents” statements moving forward.
where are the parents is extremely relevant they signed a contract for their children to work they should have done their due diligence to see what was going on you don't just give your child to a movie actress or actor and let them do whatever they want to do the parents should have been on set and soon as they saw this mess I would have immediately stopped this in this case the parents are just as guilty.

I love me some Al but I’m noticing a pattern when it comes down to people he’s had a relationship with. They can be VERY wrong and will be never say it, BUT if another celebrity does the same damn thing, he will light them up.

Why are they using Tiffany's history as an excuse for her behavior. I'm sure as a child she didn't like what was done to her so why does she think the kids she's doing it to doesn't feel the same way. You would think the opposite I don't want a child to go thru what I went through.
The lack of awareness shows how common child abuse is. Children become unaware adults until they truely Learn and oftentimes are Told that the details of what they themselves have experienced was child abuse. A person can be desensitized to the various levels of abuse if they themselves were abused . A person who grew up with adults who yell is more likely to yell in relationships and oftentimes their partners tell them it’s not acceptable and there are appropriate ways to disagree. There is a lot of trauma in the Black community.. historically so and that is why Black people need to have discussions to address unaddressed issues.

I just love how Al breaks down his opinion for a story. He gives us the entire scope and oftentimes, he brings context to what we only know or hear (on the surface). I agree that absolutely people like Bow Wow and Chris Brown can charge $1000 for their time...and to challenge Funky - YES, Bow Wow’s portfolio and longevity in the business is what gives credibility to the cost for time, gifts, tour etc. with him. The question isn’t whether Al would pay to see Bow Wow, as his primary target audience are young girls and women (of a certain age). Make it make sense. Al said what he said.

One day I was headed to my college night class with my DIY (Do It Yourself) individual Box Braids extensions style and a Sistah stopped me on the street in Jamaica, Queens.
She asked me what Salon I went to and after I revealed I styled my own hair (at first she didn't believe me due to my neat parts & style, she actually thought I didn't want to share my "salon" ☺️) then she asked if I would style her hair.
I said I didn't have a Salon, she said she'd come to my house and she eventually did.
She also asked if she had to wash her hair prior to her appt., I said no I'd wash, condition and style it.
I charged her $50 (not including the hair) after asking her the service fee from her previous Salon.
I've been styling my own hair since age 8.
At that time, I didn't realize styling hair was/is my passion, but my 1st Naturalista client in 1992 had to remind me it IS and Hair by Nedjetti LLC was born (LLC in '08), praise God.🙌🏾
My phone started ringing off the hook from her referrals!🤸🏿♀️

I didn't watch the Kardashian show regularly but I remember catching an episode every now and then and this particular episode I recall that she was getting a divorce from Kris Humphries after a month of marriage and Kim was very embarrassed about it and just wanted to get her mind off the situation. She traveled to London with some family and met up with Kanye West there and they all had dinner. Everyone was shocked that Kanye would take time out his busy schedule to eat with them but he did it because he was interested in Kim. Kris immediately clocked it and she pulled her aside and asked her how she felt About Kanye West and Kim said that she wasn't interested in dating right now because of what happened with Kris Humphries. Kris immediately told that she should give Kanye a chance because it would be a great opportunity. Kim kinda gave a her a side eye but at that moment I realized that she really pimps her daughters out to these rich men. She did the same with Kylie. She gave her the plan and Kim executed. She went from playboy to Vogue, from stealing from Brandi to a billionaire, from sex tapes to sitting front row in Runway shows in Paris, from Following Paris Hilton everywhere to sitting front row in award shows and that was all thanks to Kanye. People can say whatever they want but they leech and suck people dry and move on to the next thing. That's how they've gotten where they are.

True Claudia! I just don’t go back because I hate to hurt their feelings especially if I like them. Plus I hate confrontation. So if I return, I’ll tell them exactly what I want and if they screw it up again, I don’t return. Our people are too proud to just admit we screwed up. One time I did some lash extensions on a client I wasn’t proud of. So I deducted half of the price, though she didn’t complain about them. I, personally, knew I did a bad job so I comped her. It’s called having integrity.

My daughter works for Nike as a graphic designer. I can unequivocally say that Nike does not buy shoes in bulk. The base of the shoes are made in China as well as the sole. The designs, the air bubble, the automatic laces, lights & other features are all done right down the street for me at Nike world campus in Beaverton Oregon.

It's amazing how the goal posts move when folks like or respect the people involved. Regardless of what the mother did or did not do, these were children who did not have the power or authority to gauge the risk. Stop asking where people's parents are. Parents cannot be everywhere and if you trust someone and they spend a lot of time with you and your kids, it's not far fetched to allow them around your kids unsupervised. I think the parent trusted Tiffany hence they were friends or might have hangout. So I think there was some level of trust between the two.
