    3x5 OHP @ 72.5kg/160lbs
    3x7 pull-ups
    3x20 wrist supinations
    3x10 wrist extensions
    2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
    2x35 swings with bokken
    grain bucket grip training to failure

      @@liftingwizard3431 just thr cheapest construction gloves with a rubber layer on them, they have great grip and no unnecessary layers
