I am having issues with Hammer's customer care. The initial response is good, but the rest of the call is bad(really bad). I am facing the issue of speaker management. If I want to listen to music or even watch an Instagram reel, if the watch is connected then all the audio output is shited to the watch. It is really uncomfortable. There should have been a feature where the usage of the watch speaker should have been optional. Other than that, the watch is pretty good. Its still a learning curve though to use the gesture control feature and the dynamic island drains battery very fast
If you are using Android then you need to go to Setting-BlueTooth then paired devices, then click on the I button in Active 2 plus option then turn off media audio option there. After that music will not play through the watch.
This is an indian brand which is haryana based who came earlier in shark tank either
