The church like chorus along Freddie's vocals and Brian's guitar solo, is incredible.

I went to the Wembley Stadium show in 1986. It was magnificent. Look for the concert video, you will not be dissappointed
Saw them in 1979 @ Ludwigsparkstadion in Saarbruken, Germany for 'Open Air '79'....best damn concert I ever saw...with Rory Gallagher, Alvin Lee & Ten Years After, Molly Hatchet, and a couple of warm-up bands....and believe it or not, 'The Commodores' were special guests and put on a great performance.
Sometimes when I feel sad, I come here and watch Freddie and Queen perform. it reminds me that even with difficult circumstances, there’s beauty to be found in this world. Thank you to all the musicians out there

Brian May is an underrated guitarist. His signature solos in so many Queen songs make them so much better.
Also Rodger Taylor on the drums. He really knows how to support the rhythm so well. There's lots of nuance to how he plays, and it just brings a lot of energy to the music

Lucky to see Queen at a small venue in Brighton England 1980. They were absolutely sensational. The best live band l saw. Live musical ability, stage craft, showmanship. Incredible 2hrs of live music I'll never forget.

I want to tell everyone what I have learned from this song. I believe he is talking about learning to love himself. He looks in the mirror and cries. Not of depression of pure bliss. He loves himself. Only when you love yourself can you love others. He talks about doing everything for others all his life and never loving himself. He explains the common experience of being a young person looking for love and never truly finding it. People put him down because he was full of hatred of himself and therefore others, his mind was playing tricks on him, likely from trauma growing up as a disgrace for being gay and other reasons we might not know about. We all know how the media makes you think you are ugly.

It feels like Queen always understood you, they had a talent where they really could take a feeling and put it into words, and making people feel less alone. I don’t know how many times these four men have saved me, but sometimes they have been the reason stoppning me from just ending it all. I am never lonely when I hear them. Amazing band and lifesaviours.
I agree. I was saddened to hear that at one time Brian nearly ended it all. It would have been disastrous because Queen's music has helped millions of people for over 4 decades.

...and Queen's best song @ that!!! This was in the top 20 of Billboard's U.S. singles chart exactly 40 years ago this week in 1977!!! How I miss hearing songs like this during my youth. I remember hearing songs like this on the old AM radio dial as an eleven year old in '77!!! They definitely don't write & record songs like this anymore, for sure!!! Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Lady Gaga & Katy Perry only wish they can write & sing songs this wonderful, which they can't!!! If only there could be more Queens, Bowies & Rod Stewarts in this day & age. Maybe such talented types will return to music again someday - who knows?
